Explore ancient traditional vocabulary of mudra, mystic positions of the hand, and their spiritual and magical empowerment of body, mind, spirit. Mudra also promote healthful hands and enhance creative ceremony. Improve circulation, relieve arthritis pain, resist carpal tunnel.
MORE: Practicing mudra in combination with chanting the ancient Sanskrit words associated with these hand postures while also holding arms at shoulder (as best as one is able) is also effective breast cancer rehabilitation. Using the breath by chanting the mudra, combining breath and physical movement activates healing energy in the upper body.
