DESCRIPTION:SᗩᑕᖇEᗪ IᑎSTᖇᑌᗰEᑎTS σϝ ƚhҽ GσԃԃҽSS\nOnline Tutorial\nabout Ancient Egyptian Rhythmic Instruments\n\nCymbals\, Systrum & Frame Drum\n3-class session:  Second Saturdays starting 💖 FEBRUARY 14\, 2026 💖\n11:00 AM ET*\n February 14 – – March 14 – – April 11\nAwaken sacred rhythms within\, return to being in rhythm\, and step forward in your life with grace and being in sync!  The focus is on welcoming beginners/newcomers to the frame drumming path\, introducing the Herstory (the use of percussion instruments primarily played by women in ancient cultures)\, the basic strokes\, and a couple of groovy rhythms that are fun to play so that when the day comes that you’re ready to take a deeper dive\, you will be well-equipped with the basics. \n**NOTE: Interested but have potential conflict/s with class dates?  Classes are recorded and made available to registrants for ten days following class. \nEach class is scheduled to be 45 min and will include application of Systrum &/or Frame Drum\, Ancient Egyptian Rhythmic Instruments\, to a couple of 2/4 & 4/4 Egyptian rhythms. These rhythms can be hypnotically therapeutic as well as rousingly exciting depending on the tempo at which they are played.
