Session  |  2:00-4:30 PM EDT*\n  \n~ P O S T P O N E D ~\nNEW DATE:\nSUNDAY\, SEPTEMBER 28\, 2025\n\n*NOTE: Interested but have potential conflict/s with class date?\nReplay available to registrants for ten days following class.\nAwaken sacred rhythms within\, return to being in rhythm\, and step forward in your life with grace and being in sync!  The focus is on welcoming beginners/newcomers to the frame drumming path\, introducing the Herstory (the use of percussion instruments primarily played by women in ancient cultures)\, a couple of the basic strokes\, and a simple rhythms that is easy to play and coordinate with stepping ~ remembering the sacred & communal processionals of Ancient Egypt lore. \nIntegrate these sacred instruments into your life for a multitude of purposes ~ for ex.\, enhance your ceremonial and/or celebratory practices remembering and honoring millennia-old traditions.
