Explore ancient arts in the Modern World through low-impact movement founded in ancient women’s traditions and experience the health benefits of Belly Dance with Tahya, a nationally renowned ACE-certified instructor. Includes gentle effective stretches. No experience necessary.
This is an 8-class session offered in-person at Northampton Community College (NCC) Main Campus, Bethlehem.
