An immersion into delicious combos integrating the essentials* of rhythms & movements dating back to the days when transmission of the Art of Being Feminine was revealed through the Dances of the Goddess.
This 4-class session will ‘focus’ on circles and spirals and hand & arm gestures designed to release tension and keep us feeling gracefully capable to glide thru ‘maneuvering’ the holiday season.
*PLEASE NOTE: This is a beginner-friendly class welcoming you to the Tahya Technique.

Weekly class includes
– 5 min welcome; Q&A
– 45 min of dance/movement
– 10 minutes of stretches
