Restore your energy. Raise your spirits. Revitalize. Explore ancient arts in the Modern World through low-impact movement founded in ancient women’s traditions and experience the health benefits of Belly Dance with Tahya, a nationally renowned ACE-certified instructor.

In this class we utilize the Tahya Technique vocabulary of movement, putting together combinations to great music.  As time permits, we may even explore the joy of dancing with a veil!

Registration fee:  $75 / 6-class session*
*NOTE:  Discounted $66 registration fee available until April 30th.

PLEASE NOTE:  Some experience with Belly Dance vocabulary is recommended (but not required).
