This is the “next level” for anyone has participated in Belly Dance Basics with Tahya and feels ready to dive into some fun combinations utilizing the Tahya Technique™ vocabulary of movement; awaken your chakras; feel more sensual; and celebrate beautiful, sassy, passionate, empowered *YOU*! Class includes dance instruction along with gentle, effective stretches.
